I have only buy 1 year of AC there is lot of issue, no one is respond me, simply money waste extra 20k expensive only invest my product totally duplicate product

My experience!! Worst AC I have bought ever, it didn?t even last a day and the after sales service is pathetic and unprofessional to the core. It has been more than a month now and I have not received the replacement nor an update. So go for any cheapest brand in the market which will be better than Carrier , I guess ?

A BIG BIG NO TO CARRIER. I bought 1.5 ton ac on 11th march . I paid ridiculous amount for installation with out a proper receipt. . I got first problem on 17th March . SInce 17th March, I am calling customer care to resolve my problem . TO my surprise, All my old tickets are closed without providing service. The customer care is happy resetting clock by opening a new request. The technicians dont call or even if they call, they are just interested to know if your product is in warranty or out of warranty. The moment you tell in warranty, they vanish . Even if they visit, they will blame the problem on installation and tell that only the installation guys can fix it. I have called customer care multiple times, Even dropped emails to official email ids. But no service . Looks like too much outsourcing, where in the emphasis is on maintaining SLA rather than customer satisfaction .

Though it is early for me to write the product review, I can safely say that the product is aesthetically very pleasing, works noise-free and has good/best features. The cooling is, of course very good. The installation service was very good. The persons who came did their job in a professional and responsible manner. They did a very good job. Its too early to review the item but still want to share my experience. On time delivery. Carrier installation team actually called me even before delivery to arrange installation.Neat & clean installation. Cooling is good so far. Pleased with the product & mu decision.

Too goodCooling speed is like a flash with low noise

Absolutely value for money. Cooling is awesome. Even on 27 deg set temperature you can stay comfortable. I fix this in 155sq. Ft room and cooling is just perfect. You will never feel like it over cool or temperature rise. It maintain set temperature impressively. Noise you can feel when on high speed fan mode and after some time you will not even notice it but on auto mode there is no noise from in door unit. Even out door unit is quiet 🤫. So simple looking ac but does its job well. Remote also very easy reading even old age person can operate easily. It is quiet expensive than other ac in this range but its worth it. If you dont believe then buy it. You get 15 days to exchange or return it. One thing keep in mind while getting installation done please buy your own stand for out door ac unit which cost hardly 250 but these guys charge 700rs. Even extra copper pipe buy from outside 145rs per feet. Fitting charges for extra pipe 100 rs per feet and with this you will save atleast 2000rs in installation. They supply only 3 mtr copper pipe and no drain pipe. So buy everything before installation. And monitor this installation guys as sometimes they left job undone. I am enjoying my ipl and while watching it keeps me cool all the way. Kudos. One more thing it uses 32R gas which is one more add on.

The product is good and as expected. Delivery was within 12hours installed in next 24 hours. Using it for last two weeks in hall much higher than its capacity and AC is making the hall chilled. Outer unit is soundless and inner is cute.

I was looking for A/C after summers became unbearable and after having considered many had shortlisted Daikin, LG, Hitachi and Carrier. The need was to go for 5 start because over the long term energy consumption can easily save all that money compared to 3 star and will also tend to have better quality build. After having evaluated all models I selected Carrier because of their quality, service and 10 year guarantee on their A/Cs while others give upto 5 years.The installation costs given in the websites are only a guideline and the cost can vary based on the installation point, piping required for outdoor unit and place of installation. I paid about 2500 for installation though and you have to follow up continuously as it will be a busy season for them in summer.The A/C is installed and works perfectly, we keep it at 26c and it is very cool and has a nice temp display which can be turned off. The A/C is almost noiseless and also remembers the setting when power goes off. The Carrier service center have responded well to my calls and the quality speaks for itself.

Very good one . And the team come for installation were nice guys having decent behaviour. The only thing is the time lag of the installing team to arrive it takes 6 days..

Working fine and performance is too good as expected, its hybridjet, only installation price is too high by carrier.

Ordered on April 11, received on April 15, installation carried out by Carrier Midea India on April 16. Installation was "FREE OF COST" - paid for the stand & 3-pin top though, technicians sent by Carrier were very friendly, careful & professional. It took around 3.5-4 hours but their work was neat and clean. Hands down to Carrier Midea India for providing such quality of service.Regarding the unit: Looks elegant, build quality is top notch, chills 140 sq.ft. room in about 15-20 minutes, almost noiseless, dehumidifier works great so far, has eco-play options for minimal power consumption.Regarding power consumption: Can't write much at this moment - will update later. ***[consuming about 3.5-4.5 units per day on 15 hours usage while ambient temperature is 45-48 degree C and humidity level at 65-68% - AC functions at 26 degree C (fan: auto) and 50% eco mode]***

This is our 2nd carrier AC. It's quite. Match 2019 was the year of production. Cooling is quite fast. Good thing is the outside unit is quite small as compared to voltas 1.5 ton inverter AC

Want to Know about the display screen of indoor unit. Is only temperature shows or other features displayed also? Worth or not?

As I searched many Ac's but I find it good. I will update how it works actually in upcoming days.

Delivery was on time, very well packaged. Got it installed within 48 hours as promised. Carrier service team was of very well spoken and efficient people. Cooling down the room in seconds in Rajasthan hear. Love the remote .

Straight to the point - a simple reviewAs per on the day of installation➡️ On time delivery➡️ Installation done by service team within 24 hours➡️ Installation team was experienced & polite (They also did gave a demo)➡️ AC works fine so far so now; does take a bit little longer in cooling I guess because it's an inverter AC afterall; temperature goes down max till 17� and does not go upto 16� as per what I just checked, but that's okei I mean what difference does one degree gonna make in my life➡️ Noise level is almost nul compared to other brand AC'sCarrier is a good brand afterall what more you want from an AC - works well for me, keeps my place cool & I'm satisfiedwill keep posted for updates as an when upon prolonged usage.

The installation team was good. They checked and told me that earthing is missing for the room, and we fixed it with the help of a local electrician. Then, the installation team returned home the same evening and installed the AC.AC works well even in tropical region (Central?s a Telangana / Deccan Plateau) at 43-47 degree Celsius.Happy to see my parents being comforted by the AC. Everything went perfect for us. Electricity bill is just 1000 rupee more than last month with desert cooler

I bought this product on Big Sale Day in Current month of May. I got it @40459 with SBI 10% discount and no cost EMI. This is the best Air-conditioner at this price as it's 1.5ton 5star with Invertor technology. Operating is very easy. Installation done by company technician very nice. Cooling capacity of this model is very good. Don't think go for it

5 star ac, almost no sound, energy efficient and good to use.faced installation problems with carrier, as had to followup with them on customer care, but product wise satisfied
