I was searching for a 11.6 notebook with decent processing speed and came across this and wanted to give it a try. its worth the price definitely. Windows experience index is surprisingly 4.6 with win 7 professional. Cons : 1. Battery is getting heated up pretty quickly i.e 1 - 2 hrs. 2. System Volume is low but i guess i cant expect more for this kind of laptops 3. battery back up moderate usage is 3hrs

Got this laptop a few weeks ago from flipkart at around 23.5k, recieved it within 1.5 days Pro 1. Really slim and light (only 1.2kg !!) 2. Excellent config (i3 3rd gen + 4GB + 500GB) for the price 3. Looks really premium 4. Display is very good quality, but its reflective, so u need to bump up brightness outside Cons 1. Average battery life (around 4 hours max on light use, 2.5-3 on heavy) 2. White colour attracts dirt (but cleanable easily) (they decided to make the grey model for only the celeron based one :| ) Performance -> 5/5 Looks -> 5/5 Battery -> 3/5 Display -> 4/5 Usability -> 5/5 Overall, its worth the money. I recommended this to my relative too (she got it at 22.6k) and she likes it very much too. You can take it with eyes closed, there are no better alternatives at this low price

Great Machine. Boots in a flash. Audio quality is superb. Stick to the power defaults for best battery performance. The device lives up to its reputation. Asus Customer Support was really helpful. Was apprehensive of ordering this online instead of getting it from a Store. The price on Flipkart was much less than the store. Went ahead with the purchase because the seller was WS Retail and I have had good experience.

I purchased this laptop for my wife as a birth day gift for her. I installed windows 8 pro in it and it is working excellently. the sound quality and video quality is very good. Lookwise it is very attractive. Browse it and love it

Features I like the most : Extremely light weight: you can easily hold it with one hand Sturdy build: not delicate but quite rigid, even on the LCD. Keyboard: spacious keys make typing a delight. Thin: the laptop is quite thin specially on the front Charger: charger is mac inspired. Similar size and build, just black. Indicator LEDs: 5 of them - power, battery, hdd, wi-fi and capslock. Sound: you won?t expect such volume and quality initially. Things I wish were better : Arrow Keys: can?t blame the designers, just wish they were bigger. Camera: though I never use it, a HD camera will be appreciated. Power Button: could have been designed and placed better. Touch Pad: Clicks are noisy.

Laptop with Best Specification in this Price & Size With the Small size (11.6" Screen) it is very handy. Easy to carry while travelling, weight is on 1.2KG. With its 4GB RAM device the super fast, i am using win 7 ultimate version on this and i am very happy with the performance.

I got this laptop from snapdeal at 23.5k only, so bought it from there and received it in a day. So, no issues. Flipkart price is 26k, 2.5k more than snapdeal. Pro's: 1. Very light weight. 2. Value for money. 3. Great configuration. Con''s: 1. Just 3 hrs of battery charge. 2. Average touchpad. 3. Average Keyboard. Rating of components with rrspect to this pricing. Keyboard: 4stars Touchpad: 3stars Configuration : 5stars Display: 4stars Battery : 3stars Processor: 4stars Using this for a week now and is worth every single penny u spend on this beast. Tough u can compare it with many standout devices with a better config, but if u are looking for a light weight laptop with a great config, there is nothing better than this in the market. I am simply loving using it and there seem to be no problems whatsoever till now, everything seems great. Boot up Windows 8 into it and it runs like butter.

Pros: Very light weight, good looking laptop. Good Performance. Good Screen. Average: Battery Backup up to 3.5 - 4 Hrs. Sound is not loud enough. I would recommend this product to every one who can't afford ultrabooks. I am satisfied with this purchase. Flipcart delivery is awesome as always.

firstly I was apprehensive of buying an Asus product as I'm Sony fan. But out of no choice I bought it & it turned out to be a great product. Although I faced some difficulties in installing Ubuntu from flash drive but google helped me out. Now I'm using this for nearly a month & it works flawless. Some pros: 1) Light weight!! So, extremely portable. 2) Response time is good. It hasn't hanged even once till now. 3) Graphics are good..can't expect a NVIDIA graphics card in this range. 4) Charger is an eye catch..small & portable 5) No heating problem. Tried using it more than 12 hrs continuously still wasn't able to feel it getting much heated 6) Scroll support!!!...yes it is there, as there are no instructions printed..so using two fingers scrolling can be done easily. Cons: 1) Battery backup is not up to mark...max 4 hrs 2) Touch pad is bit noisy as they tried to copy Apple but couldn't keep the quality 3) Keypad is also somehow noisy. 4) Only available in white color. It's worth every single penny you spent.

I found the product quite comfortable except its mouse/ touch pad. Mouse pad is not at all user friendly plus it seems tobe of bad quality as well. Although you can not expect much from battery life but this is how notebooks are. Everything else seems to be up to the mark.

I bought this a week back, but not through Flipkart, as it's a little expensive here. Still, pouring in my review so others can benefit: Pros: + Very economical for the specs + Rugged + Nice keyboard and touchpad + 4 GB ram on board + Small power adapter + 1 USB3.0 + 2 USB2.0 ports Cons: - The battery is pathetic. Discharges in 2+ hours and takes around 3+ to fully charge. - Gets real hot (not warm, but really hot!) - Left and right clicks are a real pain in the a$$ - No scroll lock indicator - No keyboard backlighting Overall, a good buy if you can live with the flaws listed.

I received the product on time with good packaging , i like the service of flipkart . I want complaint regarding the product quality mainly the mouse pad which does not blend with the body of the laptop .for an international product the mouse pad looks like it is assembled in a hurry . there are lot of gaps in the side of the mouse pad . it looks like a cheap product . even the keypad has gaps which are clearly visible i have asked for replacement with flipkart team

I am writing from my point of view as i am a software developer, as a software developer this laptop is more than enough to run any kind of application smoothly. I am not recommending this for any animation related application because i used blender animation software but no luck in there . coming to hardware reviews , screen dimension is small as it expected so there is no surprise and keyboard is amazing. when comes to touch-pad it is a big mess , i am disappointed with that . As i am a Linux user i couldn't use the Bluetooth because the bluetooth vendor didn't revealed the hardware information . As we know there is no cd drive but its ok i don't need drive any more because all updates are getting from net . Coming to the biggest disappointment the Laptop Battery , its a 3 cell battery it will gives you hardly 1 and half hours . And one year's later after the warranty my battery got dead . Because its a 3 cell battery , its limited production the price is around 5500 . summarizing you cannot count on battery and touch pad .

I purchased this laptop a week ago from flipkart. After installing windows 8.1, i realised that this laptop does not have an "intutive touchscreen panel" as listed in the product description. I contacted the ASUS help center and provided the serial number of my laptop upon which i was told that this model is not manufactured with a touch screen. I intimated the same to the flipkart team ..who took longer than usual to resolve this issue They were however very sympathetic and apologetic for the mistake on their behalf. The experience was disappointing but not bitter as the flipkart team was apologetic. They also gave me a token of appreciation for their oversight. I sincerely hope that Flipkart changes the prduct description of the product before someone else buys it for the touch screen .. As far as the laptop is concerned.. if i were to ignore the lack of touch support.. rest of the laptop is very usable.. build feels a little plasticy but definitely not cheap, the touch pad is creaky... The laptop provides for a good overall experience..both performance and looks..

I ordered this for my brother as he wanted something Light in Weight with a decent configuration. Problem i Faced while purchase:- 1.Delivery date was extended for a wee as the product was not available wit WS Retail. 2.Asked them to cancel the transaction as i wanted it as a gift to somebody, but they took their own time to deliver. 3.Trackpad is not at all acceptable and it was loose and was making sound. 4.Booked the complain but WS Retails refused to exchange and CCR told me Blah Blah Blah. There is always a edge to buy with a shop. About the Laptop:- Display: Nice Processing: Nice Keyboard: Okay Trackpad: Worst Over all its a good laptop but NOT VFM. You can go for good options.

Received this product in 5 days from the date of order. Packaging was good but this laptop has serious problems. It is constantly making very bad noise, seems to be hard disk noise as it increases with disk activity. e I had registered a ticket with flipkart call center and executive has taken up a request for return and refund, expecting a callback for the return of this product as mentioned by the executive. I liked the specifications and overall configuration for this product but seems to be hardware issues. Thanks

There is no other product currently in the market that offers this combination of specifications and price-point. Intel Core I3 processor with 4GB RAM and 500GB HDD. VGA + HDMI ports. Most portable machines these days skimp heavily on ports. The experience has not been pleasant so far: The laptop does not come with MS Windows. I have installed Ubuntu 14.04. Though Ubuntu is working flawlessly, lack of cheap OEM Windows means that many users will simple install a pirated version of Microsoft's OS and Microsoft will continue to only offer a horribly over-priced OS and crib about lack of sales. The Escape key, The Up-Arrow key and the Down-Arrow key on the laptop have stopped working. Dead. Their response from day one was very erratic and just beyond Flipkart's product return window, the keys have died altogether. Now I have to run around with Asus's pathetic service centers and essentially be stranded with a 'refurbished' laptop purchased a 'new retail' price. My previous Asus EeePC also developed Mouse-button problems soon after purchase and required running around for service. The second Asus purchase has proved no different. Comparatively, both my Acer laptops are working flawlessly and so are the hundred HP/Compaq/Dell laptops at office. Update: 22 July 2014: I am now the proud owner of a third Asus Laptop that has come with manufacturing defects. I purchased another X200CA-KX219D laptop from Amazon on 19-July and it arrived on 21-July with a bright-red stuck pixel and defective touch pad button (left click). Both the X200CA laptops are now currently resting at Asus's service center. So the bottom-line is that you pay the full price for Asus products and in less than a month they are reduced to being refurbished products (worth less than half).

Received it in 3 days(which is late by Flipkart Standard), but to my shock the inside laptop box was opened and the laptop had been used, the battery was completely drained out. Completely unsatisfied with this purchase. Did not expect this from Flipkart/WS Retail. Pro's: Nice performance and looks. Display is also good. Cons: Bad Battery backup(max 2.5 hrs), tacky touchpad(noisy buttons), overheats a little.

RAM upgradation is not possible. RAM is soldered to mother board. So no one can remove or add any more. The speed is also slow. I had to replace the HDD with a SSD then the speed is managable. But may be price it has seem worth to some one.

flipkart is done big mistake with me.. while purchasing dis product i call to flipkart c.care people for confirmation of system configuration.. i ask one of c.care person on 18.08.14 11.30 pm.. wether it is touch screen model or non touch screen.. b coz in dis site its showing on asus slides like its having touch screen panel works with windows 8.. for dat i ask him wether it sis touch or not.. he check details and given me reply like ye ssir it is touch screen model u can buy it..i ask again and again plss check clearly its work with touch naaa. he said yes then i make an order confirm place an order by him self.. i got dis asus laptop on 25 .08. 14.. i open and check instal with windows 8 and its not working touch.. dn i make an call to flipkart for wrong item deliverd... dn they start ovweracting like sory sir one of our coustmer care person give u wrong information..like they star me negleting.. like we r rehistring one compliant rehgarding ur issu we will solve ur problm in 5 days like they take till 2/09/14. in between i make so many call for cancel my oredr i request for refund moneyy,, finally they start sending me mesgs like sory we r unable to solve ur problem.. plss keep dat item with u .. bcoz seller disagree with refund money.. again i call to flipakrt for final decision.. like if u return my money i ll acept if u delay me i ll go to consumer forme.. b coz u cheet me.. by giving me wrong item dn they finally agree with returns my money but still i didnt get any pick up call from flip kart... plss guys befor buying make sure its is genuine or not,,, i sujest for who ever buying online like xpencive products.. go for physical chesk like go to store buy there .. insted oof buying dis online cheeting
