i saw many reviews for this laptop. all of them say best productivity machine but lack in gaming. they are quite good because, it can't run some games in ultra settings but in high settings it will work fine. I tried gta v, assassin's creed syndicate they are all work in very high settings. but, make sure you have better ventilation for base part of laptop. because the laptop produce more heat when you play games. Touch is very good and trackpad also. HIGHLIGHTS: *Build quality *Touch and best display for this price *better Trackpad Cons: *poor thermal management (only in gaming session)

A very nice laptop to use. Very versatile. The touch screen works well. You can play light games on it. The problems are : * The hinge got loose after one year of usage. Not a huge problem but noticeable. * Since the design is very compact the thermal performance isn't great.

The Overall product is very good but the Ekart delivery service was not so good, they delivered my product after 5 days of promised date after a lot of struggle, apart from that the laptop is very nice... The performance is very nice and the system is fast too, but the thermals on this device are not so good but if we use some cooling pad it will not be a big issue. And the battery decent, but u need to plug the power supply while gaming. And the touch response is also very good and the finger print Scanner troubles sometime but works fine.

the laptop is really awesome! got the product 4 days before the informed date and I'm very happy with the delivery too! I'm working with it for the past two hours without connecting to the power and I have no issues with heating or the battery! the touch features are also awesome and they are quite sensitive! totally I'm very happy and satisfied with this laptop! a must buy budget laptop! but if Ur planning for heavy gaming, then you may choose some other laptop as it will experience more heat. if Ur a designer or programmer then it's the most ideal one for u! the only drawback is it doesn't have a ethernet socket but it's also not an issue as it has good antennas built in for WiFi connections

This big billion I got this product in the best value... The screen is very much responsive... Viewing angles, colors everything is fascinating. Touchscreen is really great compared to other available convertible laptops. One thing that disappointed me is it doesn't come with an active stylus pen. But I'm planning to buy surface laptop's stylus pen as touch is great u may use this laptop as a designer, animator, illustrator n all. According to acer, its display supports active stylus pen. Performance-wise being a convertible laptop its a gaming laptop it really can handle heavy games with a bit thermal throttling (main issue). Because of its slim attire, there will always be heating issues while playing AAA games. So don't buy if u are an all-time gamer. And if u r planning to buy do some research on buying extra cooling fans for gaming. If u r a designer this is the best. Processor and graphics are excellent. Look wise it's wonderful, it also comes with a backlit keyboard and fingerprint sensor. The camera is not that good but ok for video conferencing. Battery is not that good but like other gaming laptops, it also gives a backup of 2.5 to 3 hours. But while playing heavy games u have to connect your charger otherwise it will throttle. So here's my rating... Display - 5 🌟 Touch - 5 🌟 Performance - 4 🌟 Build quality - 5 🌟 Extra features - 4 🌟 Battery - 3 🌟 See guys every laptop has some kind of flaws u will never get a perfect laptop. U have to adjust with them. I'm in love 😍 with this laptop as I am a designer.

The only thin and light gaming laptop in the given price bracket but given its thinness, it suffers a lot of thermal issues while gaming. (Strictly buy another laptop if you're planning to do heaving gaming with it)

Everything else about the laptop is pretty nice. The touch is very responsive. Design is impressive. But in matter of performance, I would give it 2 stars because It couldn't run simple games like Fortnite without lagging/ hanging

This is the second time I received a defective laptop this year. the laptop didn't even boot. I have been using only Acer laptops since 2011. But Acer has disappointed me. I'll think about some other brand now.
