Hi Friends, I am here to bring one worst incident which i have faced with Xolo mobile & service. As there is some issue in my phone I have submitted it in Xolo authorized service center which is located in bangalore Jayanagar(Job tracker number: 4934) on 5th May 2014,after one week they told me like they have sent that phone to Noida for repair purpose and they told it will cost around 7k and I rejected it and asked them to return my mobile.As per customer care people they dispatched my mobile on 27th May and as per there records it reached to bangalore server point on 2nd July. And the drama begins now - after that I called them each and every day but they told me like they didn't receive my phone from the Noida,after too much of struggle they showed my mobile with Broken display on 17th July and promised that they will replace the display in one week,still there is no response from them and they gave area manager number for further queries but the manager is also like that only he is not at all picking the phone . Now coming to customer care people when I asked them to transfer my call to there supervisor they are saying like they cant transfer the call as he is busy or he went out on some personal work or the lines busy.these are the answers from them. Friends Never ever go for XOLO.

DEAR FRIENDS I AM PURCHASE XOLO Q1200 MOBILE SET BUT SOME MONTHS AFTER PROBLEM FACE IT, I GO TO SERVICE CENTRE AND RESOLVE THE PROBLEM FEW DAYS.SOME DAYS AFTER AGAIN THE PROBLEM WHICH SET AND GOING TO SERVICE CENTRE AND WITH IN FIFTEEN DAY AFTER REPLACED MOBILES SET. I AM HAPPY FROM XOLO SERVICE CENTRE TEAM. THANKS

I purchased xolo Q1000S on 15 April 2014. After using merely for 40 days, phone stopped functioning & became dead. Afterwards I went to service center to inquire about problem on 31 May 2014. Service center guy told that I?ll get my phone back within 15 days. It?s almost 2 months now & still I did not receive any status on this. Xolo provides worst service to the customer & is not at all responsible to it?s customer. Loyalty, responsibility kind of terms does not exists for them. I called to service center guys, then they ll say that call to customer care & this will go back & forth but I have not received any response yet & totally frustrated. Guys please dont buy XOLO phones ,otherwise your will suffer too much with nothing in return.

I am using xolo q1000s for 10 days and believe me there is no phone under 25k which can stand a chance against this king of a phone. A beautiful looking phone. Feels super sleek and stylish in the hand. It's definitely something worth flaunting. And accompanying features are killer too. This phone just pays for itself.

This is my 4th xolo phone & it keeps getting better..I am in love with the camera..battery life is far better then any other phones in this range..I've used a micromax canvas 4 which is no where close to this phone...its sleek design is a add on..yes the speaker volume is low but come on u just can't keep complaining.. Just don't think twice go for it & thank me later.

Q1000S is my 2nd XOLO phone after Q700(Which is an awesome phone..loved it..though i pass it to my cousin :P...& purchased Q1000S..Specs are too good at this price..I bought it @17K...and forget specs.. it is super sleek just 6.98mm...Killer Looks... 13 MP with BSI 2 is simply awesome...5" IPS OGS touch is too good No comparison at all across MNCs..forget MMX :P

It's only my opinion, but I don't see what is this hullabaloo around a dual sim phone these days. This is a great looking device with really superior features at a reasonable price. I bought the Q1000S some days back, must say it's too good. Great specs and super sexy looks.

Great features and great looks. Can't understand why people are saying this is pricey. What other brand is giving this many features within a 20k range? The phone is awesome. Gaming experience is amazing. Good screen resolution.

This is definitely a good looking phone,its very slim... Don't buy the phone thinking about the 13 MP camera...its such a waste camera for still and gave average performance in video recording.... Any ways i lost this phone after 4 days of buying,somebody stole it through my window in banglore....:0 missing it so badly,

i ordered this on sunday at 12.20pm (15 sep) got the next day 16 sep at 10.20 am absolutely fast and awesome delivery by flipkart coming to phone i used it a whole day including downloading, surfing, video, camera etc basically utilized the phone and its processor to its fullest and i must say it is the best phone till date i have used and that too around 16k budget. phone has a premier built and very decent and killing looks, beleive me it may not seem in the photos but it very think just 6.9mm the best part is u take it out of ur pocket and everyone staring at the phone like WOW! camera click very good pics, the HDR function of cam is pretty nice, display seems rich in color and texture, brightness is also good. it is not mentioned in description but xolo has a few preinstalled apps such as xolo customer care and xolo anti theft where u can provide with alternative numbers on which sms can be sent for tracking and locating features in case the phone is lost ' the phone is fast highly responsive, touch feels like heaven it easily handles multitasking, even with 5 simultaneous downloads, 2 games subway, temple run running, avast anti virus scanning, camera clicing etc there was no lag or slowing of phone at all while using others apps or switching from one to another if u plan to buy a smartphone with around 15k budget go for this one without a second thought the phone is premium.

Mind boggling service from Flipkart. Delivery in straight 25 hours. Ordered on 12th 813am and received on 13th 930am.. In love with Xolo Q1000s Sooooo Slim and so sexy and ogs is like awesome... Its a Green Orange n1 and thats the best part of it because the build quality metallic uni body design looks very premium its made with international standards just like the iphone and other samsung phones so there is nothing to fear about. Plus american and Europeans and going crazy for this Green orange n1 (it comes in many variants but in India we have just one all thanks to Xolo :/ ) so rather investing 40k for any other devise which have almost same specs why cant we try this out... I did and i am happy with my decision.. hopefully Xolo keep rolling out more devices like this may be Octacore fhd next time. :)

XOLO Q1000S - Best Handset Available In This Price. It Beated The Micromax Canvas 4. The Only Disadvantage In This Model is non-removable battery and no expansion via sd card. Now, compare this with iphone 5. Iphone 5 Xolo Q1000s Rs. 45000 Rs. 18000 (Max.) No Expandable Memory - Same Battery Non Removable - Same Think it as an iPhone 5 buy it. No problems over 2 months. superb phone!

If you're a Real Racing fan and 12 GB isn't enough for you then this is not the actual phone for you. Apart from this rest all above expectation with normal SIM slot, 12GB actual storage space, Android 4.2, running with MT6589T processor and a 2500MAh battery(24hrs of talk time as specified).

XOLO Q1000S is an awesome device. Particularly for whom the looks of their devices matter. Have owned other Xolo smartphones in the past, all have performed really well. Would prefer Xolo Q1000S over Micromax, anyday. Look at all these damn specs! Loving it.

It can't get better than XOLO Q1000S. Have been using this phone since about 15 days and it's been working like a charm. Plus the good looks can't hurt. One of the slimmest and best looking phones in the market today. Awesome!

as you can see am a certified buyer of this phone...at first i was bit hesitant to buy this phone seeing the reviews but since i owned Q800 before, i was a bit confident on this piece and now am really happy i bought it ..yes it is remodeled orange green N1 , but who cares ?? its the best phone in this range display is good, very thin...battery is awesome camera is ok..and no complain on speed i have to confess i have few issues on magnetic compass its too sensitive but gps is workable..overall i think its the next best product from XOLO after Q800 i had Q800 for the past 5 months now i think i dont have to worry about changing mine for next 3-4 months

First week of having this phone. Great feeling. Really loved this phone and was delivered on time. For a Android Phone priced @ 14k +, the camera is really good. Lot of setting options for taking pictures. 1.5 Quad Core is the best bet. Battery back is not that great and also the audio piece, both the speaker and the headset. Apart form these glitches, rest are all really value for money. Overall happy!!!!!

As a Tech Engg. I just brought this phone w.r.t. it specifications rather than going for other phone... Pros :- 1. Black display which is more vivid in daylight also.(HD resolution) 2. Processor + GPU simply the best working smooth without lagging. 4.This phone is 4G phone (HSPA+) 42 Mbps download speed, much higher than 3G... :) 5. Unibody & Slimmest phone design U haven't seen. 6. Camara quality is good (5mp + 13 mp). 7. Internal 16 Gb memory. 8. Battery backup is good. Cons :- 1. No dual SIM. 2. Speaker voice is bit low. 3. No expansion slot for micro SD card. Other than this I got 2-yrs warranty with the combo offer is simply the bonus 4 me... ) As a tech gadget engg. this phone is worth 2 buy.. Simply Awesome at this price..

although suffered from a bit lag and followed by a reboot for initial days, but got some updates and now its flaw less.......just superb!! While its sleek looks are killer its processing and multitasking skills are ain't bad either......I heard people screaming about camera issues but my device is just better......stop paying for branded mobiles without thinking.....turn around..ITS A GREAT DEAL

Good product quality...... awesome screen clarity.......... but Xolo headsets are not worth like mobile. Mobile is looking very slim and awesome to carry.. Flip kart service is excellent.. ordered mobile on Wednesday night and got the mobile on friday noon. Order only the products of WS Retail... their service is fast and reliable... other are waste.. still my one other order in process for the past 3 days..

i bought this mobile one month back. till now i didn't got any problem. I will play every day near by 5 to 6 hrs. nice display resolution and it's slim. i liked a lot this mobile.

Did not expect such good performance at this price. It has been a few days now that I'm using this phone. Pros: Touch - amazing, I owned Sony Xperia, HTC, etc. earlier and thought Xolo phones can't match such smooth experience, I was wrong. Build quality - again very good, comparable to any good phone in the market Speed - 1.5 GHz is just great... Camera - Okay, not amazing like iphone, but look at the price... Battery - 1.5 days easily on moderate usage with 3G on. I have installed the Easy Battery Saver too. You won't get more on any 5" smart phones. Sound Clarity: Amazing... Cons Speaker volume: Speaker is just great (comparable to Sony) - amazingly clear but the volume is on the lower side. Overall a great phone in Rs 13K range...
