I am here to bring one worst incident which i have faced with Xolo mobile & service.
As there is some issue in my phone I have submitted it in Xolo authorized service center which is located in bangalore Jayanagar(Job tracker number: 4934) on 5th May 2014,after one week they told me like they have sent that phone to Noida for repair purpose and they told it will cost around 7k and I rejected it and asked them to return my mobile.As per customer care people they dispatched my mobile on 27th May and as per there records it reached to bangalore server point on 2nd July.
And the drama begins now - after that I called them each and every day but they told me like they didn't receive my phone from the Noida,after too much of struggle they showed my mobile with Broken display on 17th July and promised that they will replace the display in one week,still there is no response from them and they gave area manager number for further queries but the manager is also like that only he is not at all picking the phone .
Now coming to customer care people when I asked them to transfer my call to there supervisor they are saying like they cant transfer the call as he is busy or he went out on some personal work or the lines busy.these are the answers from them.
Friends Never ever go for XOLO.
