Xolo Q1000S smartphone was launched in August 2013. The phone comes with a 5.00-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1280 pixels at a PPI of 294 pixels per inch.

The Xolo Q1000S is powered by 1.5GHz quad-core MTK 6589T processor and it comes with 1GB of RAM. The phone packs 16GB of internal storage cannot be expanded. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Xolo Q1000S packs a 13-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 5-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The Xolo Q1000S runs Android 4.2 and is powered by a 2500mAh non removable battery. It measures 147.00 x 72.10 x 6.98 (height x width x thickness) and weighs 158.00 grams.

The Xolo Q1000S is a single SIM (GSM) smartphone that accepts a Micro-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, FM and 3G. Sensors on the phone include Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer and Ambient light sensor.

If you want your life miserable and nightmare for service feel free to buy XOLO

Hi Friends, I am here to bring one worst incident which i have faced with Xolo mobile & service. As there is some issue in my phone I have submitted it in Xolo authorized service center which is located in bangalore Jayanagar(Job tracker number: 4934) on 5th May 2014,after one week they told me like they have sent that phone to Noida for repair purpose and they told it will cost around 7k and I rejected it and asked them to return my mobile.As per customer care people they dispatched my mobile on 27th May and as per there records it reached to bangalore server point on 2nd July. And the drama begins now - after that I called them each and every day but they told me like they didn't receive my phone from the Noida,after too much of struggle they showed my mobile with Broken display on 17th July and promised that they will replace the display in one week,still there is no response from them and they gave area manager number for further queries but the manager is also like that only he is not at all picking the phone . Now coming to customer care people when I asked them to transfer my call to there supervisor they are saying like they cant transfer the call as he is busy or he went out on some personal work or the lines busy.these are the answers from them. Friends Never ever go for XOLO.

Xolo Q1200 replace with Xolo Q1000S

DEAR FRIENDS I AM PURCHASE XOLO Q1200 MOBILE SET BUT SOME MONTHS AFTER PROBLEM FACE IT, I GO TO SERVICE CENTRE AND RESOLVE THE PROBLEM FEW DAYS.SOME DAYS AFTER AGAIN THE PROBLEM WHICH SET AND GOING TO SERVICE CENTRE AND WITH IN FIFTEEN DAY AFTER REPLACED MOBILES SET. I AM HAPPY FROM XOLO SERVICE CENTRE TEAM. THANKS

XOLO Worst Service Provider - Please don Buy

I purchased xolo Q1000S on 15 April 2014. After using merely for 40 days, phone stopped functioning & became dead. Afterwards I went to service center to inquire about problem on 31 May 2014. Service center guy told that I’ll get my phone back within 15 days. It’s almost 2 months now & still I did not receive any status on this. Xolo provides worst service to the customer & is not at all responsible to it’s customer. Loyalty, responsibility kind of terms does not exists for them. I called to service center guys, then they ll say that call to customer care & this will go back & forth but I have not received any response yet & totally frustrated. Guys please dont buy XOLO phones ,otherwise your will suffer too much with nothing in return.
