Micromax logo The largest Indian mobile manufacturer, Micromax is a major player in the budget segment. Apart from feature phones and smartphones, the company also manufacturers tablets and two-in-one devices. Micromax recently launched a sub-brand called Yu, whose products were made available only on e-commerce portals in India. Through the Yu brand, Micromax stepped into the health and fitness gadgets segment as well. Micromax's latest mobile launch is the Canvas Tab P681. The tablet was launched in September 2016. The tablet comes with a 8.00-inch display with a resolution of 800 pixels by 1280 pixels.

The Micromax Canvas Tab P681 is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT8321 processor and it comes with 1GB of RAM. The tablet packs 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Micromax Canvas Tab P681 packs a 5-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 2-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The Micromax Canvas Tab P681 runs Android 6.0 and is powered by a 4000mAh non removable battery.

The Micromax Canvas Tab P681 is a single SIM (GSM) tablet that accepts a Micro-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB OTG, FM and 3G. Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.
