horrible customer support

I have z3 plus and its a horrible phone, it heats up and aromatically starting cracking, very rude response from their customer service center, they wont honor warranty and now wants to change the battery and charge me an amount of Rs.13000 for reparing a defective phone that they sold me.
this is not the first instance i have had with sony service center, i use to love their products i had vaio laptop and z1 before this and have influenced a lot of people into buying various sony products.
incident no.1 - z1 had problem with speaker they changed the mother board though i was surprised thought may be they are right
incident 2 - my viao laptop will not switch on - took it to service center they told me that the fan is not working and needs to be replaced, after 5 days I was told it is not available and this laptop is damaged beyond repair, fortunately I have a friend who takes his laptops to this technician who he said is very good with all electronic gadgets.He fixed it for Rs. 100(exact amount).Problem was only with a nut or something that connect the mother board to the base.
a year has gone by i am still using this laptop.
with this problem with Z3 I am really disappointed with after sales services at sony, I wish I bought I phone,apple would have replace it without any questions asked.
