Xolo has released another Android 4.4.2 KitKat update for its smartphones, this time for the Xolo Q1010 smartphone that was launched in February with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box.

The Android 4.4.2 KitKat update is currently not available over-the-air (OTA), and Xolo Q1010 smartphone users need to visit Xolo's official support website to manually download the 316MB file.

Last month, Xolo had revealed its plans to release the Android 4.4 KitKat update for some of its smartphones - Q700S, Q1010i, Q1010, and Q3000 - by June.

Xolo has already rolled out the Android 4.4.2 update to its Xolo Q1010i smartphone, but there are no details as of now about the Q700 and Q3000 update. In May, Xolo had also released the Android 4.4.2 KitKat update for its Q1000 Opus smartphone.
