Remember smartphones with 3D displays? Those were supposed to have caught on a few years ago, but they're only a vague memory now. On the other hand, full-HD resolution might have seemed like unnecessary overkill, but you can hardly find a high-end phone without it now.

LG G Flex Summary

The LG G Flex is a futuristic phone with its curved body that is slightly flexible. The curved body by itself is gimmicky and doesn't really have any practical purpose as such. But, we did notice that watching videos on the 720p screen was more immersive than watching the same video on a flat screen. All in all, if you want to be at the forefront of the technology curve (no pun intended) the LG G Flex could be the right phone for you.

I have had this phone for about a week now; I have always liked the big screens but never had one this large and am loving it. So far I love everything about this phone. The size, color, brightness, speed, even the battery life is pretty good (I only notice it draining fast when doing a lot of using the phone and playing games for an extended period). The keyboard is larger and the keys are spaced well, making it easier to type, especially for clumsier texters. It has a feature where you can tap the screen twice to lock and unlock it; I BELIEVE you can disable this option, but I'm not sure, since I never have. The phone's previous owner said you can, though. It has a very solid, sturdy feel to it, and fits well in the back pocket, or front purse pocket. (Just be careful not to sit on it lol.) The only odd thing (I guess I need to get used to it) is how the screen locks during a call. Sometimes it takes me a few seconds to get to the correct screen to end the call, because it has locked while a call is in progress. Just tap the screen twice, Unlock, and you can access the buttons to end it. This is by far my favorite phone ever, and I intend to use it until it just dies of natural causes. I recommend it, personally.
