poor battery and poor customer service

Bought it from a local retailer. Software bricked in just a week. submitted to service centre and response was to change motherboard and might take a month or more to be return from company after repair. Such a poor and negative response from service centre and negligiency after the time and value of customer. I have to switch to samsung or motorola because of there excellent after sales. Remark : SAMSUNG, NOKIA AND MOTOROLA HAVE BETTER AFTER SALES AND PRIORITISE IT BEFORE OTHER BRANDS.
