A California based company that offers Android devices in the Indian market. Swipe says it entered the smartphone market when it was already saturated. The company claimed to have sold 100,000 devices by 2013. It announced that it had secured funding of over $4.9million from Kallari Capital in 2014. Swipe's latest mobile launch is the Elite Sense. The smartphone was launched in March 2017. The phone comes with a 5.00-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1280 pixels.
The Swipe Elite Sense is powered by 1.4GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor and it comes with 3GB of RAM. The phone packs 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Swipe Elite Sense packs a 13-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies.
The Swipe Elite Sense runs Android 6.0 and is powered by a 2500mAh non removable battery. It measures 143.40 x 71.80 x 8.70 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 146.00 grams.
The Swipe Elite Sense is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Micro-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, FM, 3G and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor, Accelerometer and Ambient light sensor.
