Sony Mobile Communications Tuesday announced the launch of company's first Android 4.0 smartphone Xperia neo L in China. Running on Android's latest release, Sony Xperia neo L will be available in the country soon.

Company hasn't revealed anything about the pricing or the international launch of neo L till now. It features 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8255 processor, 4-inch display and 512MB of RAM. Xperia neo L will also come with 1GB of internal storage with support for expansion via microSD card, 5MP rear camera, VGA front camera and 1500 mAh battery.

Sony Xperia neo L will succeed company's 2011 models neo and neo V.
