After being tipped earlier this year, Samsung Galaxy Mega On and Galaxy Grand On are again in the news as they get certified on China's Tenaa and hit the benchmark tests. The listing and the benchmarks tip the smartphones' specifications once again.

The Samsung Galaxy O7 or the Galaxy Grand On has gone through the GFXBench benchmark tests (via Phonearena), revealing some mid-range specifications. The Android 5.1.1 Lollipop-based smartphone is listed with a HD resolution display; a 64-bit quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 SoC; an Adreno 306 GPU; 1GB RAM; 8GB inbuilt storage; a 12-megapixel rear camera, and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The benchmark shows two screen sizes for the handset - 5.8-inch and 5-inch - hinting that two smartphones from the same family were benchmarked at the same time.

Previous leaks have hinted at a 5-inch display; quad-core Exynos 3475 CPU clocked at 1.3GHz, and an 8-megapixel rear camera for the Galaxy Grand On.

As for Samsung Galaxy Mega On, the smartphone was listed on Tenaa (via Mobipcker) revealing partial specifications. The 4G-enabled smartphone is seen to feature a 5.5-inch HD TFT display; 1.2GHz processor; 1GB of RAM; a 13-megapixel camera; a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, and 8GB of inbuilt storage. The handset would run on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and will measure 151.8x77.5x8.2mm. Past rumours and leaks suggest the Galaxy Mega On to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 SoC and would be backed by a 3000mAh battery.

Samsung is yet to reveal when it would be launching the two smartphones in the market. It last week launched the Samsung Galaxy J1 Ace budget smartphone in India at Rs. 6,300.
