Lenovo K6 Power, the latest smartphone by the Chinese company with a big battery, is finally on sale in India at Rs. 9,999 via Flipkart. The new Lenovo K6 Power smartphone, unveiled in India last week, comes with several launch offers to lure buyers away from rivals such as Xiaomi Redmi 3S Prime, Asus ZenFone Max, and Coolpad Note 5.

The Lenovo K6 Power launch day offer provides customers the option to avail a Rs. 8,000 discount on exchanging their old smartphones. Customers can also be notified at the start of the Lenovo K6 Power sale, and 100 registered customers stand the chance to win Rs. 10,000 Flipkart Gift Vouchers.

Another Lenovo K6 Power launch offer provides users the option to purchase the Moto Pulse 2 headphones for Rs. 499, instead of their listing price of Rs. 1,499. Lenovo K6 Power can also opt for the EMI payment plan, starting at Rs. 485 per month. Flipkart and Lenovo have stated that these offers are applicable only on the first stock of Lenovo K6 Power, and further stocks will not come with these offers.

Unveiled globally at IFA 2016, Lenovo K6 Power's highlight features are its 4000mAh battery and Dolby Atmos audio enhancements for earphones and stereo speakers, TheaterMax media service, and fingerprint sensor on the back.

Along with these, the new Lenovo K6 Power has a 5-inch display with full-HD (1920x1080 pixel) resolution, and Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with Lenovo's Vibe Pure UI customisations. It is powered by the 1.4GHz octa-core Snapdragon 430 processor with 3GB RAM, and comes with 32GB internal storage and microSD card support up to 128GB. Lenovo K6 Power measures 141.9x70.3x9.3mm and weighs in at 145 grams.

The K6 Power bears a 13-megapixel rear camera with a Sony IMX258 sensor, PDAF and LED flash, apart from an 8-megapixel front camera with a Sony IMX219 sensor and a wide-angle lens. Connectivity options on the dual-SIM (Nano SIM) K6 Power smartphone include 4G LTE, VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, FM radio, Micro-USB, and GPS/ A-GPS.

Lenovo K6 Power's battery is rated to deliver up to 96.5 hours of music playback, 13.6 hours of video playback, 48 hours of voice calls, 12.6 hours of Web surfing, and 649 hours of standby time. The company has also introduced the Ultimate Powersaver app for the Lenovo K6 Power, a power-saving mode that extends battery life by reducing app and data usage. There is also a reverse charge option, allowing the smartphone to be used as a power bank.

Lenovo is also touting the K6 Power's App Lock functionality powered by the fingerprint sensor. Other Vibe Pure UI customisations include Dual Apps (allowing apps to be used with two different accounts on the same phone), as well as the Long Screenshot features.
