AOC logo AOC International (formerly Admiral Overseas Corporation) is a Taipei-based electronics company that is best known for its range of IPS and TFT monitors and LCD TVs. The company also makes tablets and smartphones that run Android, which are available in select regions including India. AOC also sells all-in-one desktop PCs. AOC's latest mobile launch is the E40. The smartphone was launched in January 2015. The phone comes with a 4.00-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 480 pixels by 800 pixels.

The AOC E40 is powered by 1.2GHz dual-core it comes with 512MB of RAM. The phone packs 8GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the AOC E40 packs a 2-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 0.3-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The AOC E40 runs Android 4.4 and is powered by a 1600mAh removable battery.

The AOC E40 is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Regular and Regular. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, FM and 3G. Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor, Accelerometer and Ambient light sensor.
