Adobe has released the beta version of its Flash Player which is now in its 11th iteration.The software is available for download on Adobe's website.

In the new version of Flash Adobe introduces its Stage3d APIs, for advanced 2D and 3D rendering, 64-bit support, H.264 encoding and 7.1 surround sound.

Flash is a notoriously resource intensive software resulting in browser slow-downs and crashes, and one hopes Adobe has rectified most of these issues in the latest release.

Previously, Apple has resisted Flash implementation in their iOS devices due to stability and battery life concerns.
