Don't waste your money
By Saaraunsh Rege | 16 Jul 2014
I purchased this product from eBay since it was listed for 16K. iBerry offers 7 day refund policy BUT IT WILL DEDUCT 18%, so you are already at loss when you purchase this product. When I contacted iBerry, they said they cannot help me because I purchased it from eBay. I also messaged the seller on eBay the same time I emailed iBerry, still there is no response from that eBay seller. I thought I am still safe because of eBay guarantee, but it seems eBay guarantee is not valid for the products which have manufacturer warranty. To summarize, iBerry refuses to refund your money or will charge you 18%, seller will not respond and eBay guarantee will not cover this item. So you are totally tricked by these 3 frauds. Now, about the item. I will be honest. This has a few good features, but the battery life, Oh my god! If you are a gamer, the battery will last for hardly 2 hours. And they have claimed 3500mAh Lithium-Polymer battery, and in reality it is just a 1000 mAh Lithium-Ion battery. There are other faults too. The back camera which is claimed to be a 13 MP camera takes pics like a 2-3 MP camera. The front camera which is claimed to be a 8 MP is nothing more than a VGA. The earphones that come with this are really pathetic. You can buy another 200 Rs. earphone. To summarize, the battery life is so pathetic that it takes away whatever little good things that this phone has to offer. Sorry for this long review, but I hope I help someone in not getting tricked into this like I got. I am definitely going to consumer court for this, but I am not sure if that will help me. But please stay away from this. Cheers!

Iberry cheating people
By Pranjal Dutta | 14 May 2014
I have filed a case under customer protection act for providing cheap li-ion batteries in place of li-polymer batteries as mentioned in their spec. All N2 customer can file a case on local consumer court or online http://core.nic.in/Complainant/CRegistration.aspx.

By Shyam Mohan | 7 May 2014
my dear friends: i am a iberry n2 user by 2 months i am really unsatisfied with this phone bcz they say the phone has 3500 mAh battery but my phone never gives that much back up.They are really cheating the customers..when i complained about this to their customer care they say the back up i am getting is the good one..i am hardly getting 8 hours of back up..compared to lenovo p780 (4000 mAh) this is just a plastic waste..also when gaming the phone gets over heated..when i used an app called battery monitor it showed my phone has 1000 mAh battery..my dear friends i am not fooling.. dear iberry ..your company is a fraud..also there is nothing great about your customer care..they are just waste!!..also the phone charging port is not working now!!
